Enjoy A Private Kayak Adventure Tailored to You
Private Kayak Experience
Enjoy a more curated and private version of our daytime, sunset, or bioluminescence tours—designed for meaningful moments and memories that last a lifetime. These private experiences are ideal for 1 to 16 guests, with larger groups of up to 48 available by arrangement.
Private Daytime or Sunset Tour
Your adventure begins with a smooth launch into calm, sheltered waters as your guide helps everyone settle comfortably into their kayaks. From there, you’ll glide into the winding mangrove passages of the Thousand Islands—a natural maze of shaded tunnels, quiet coves, and serene open pockets.
With the tour tailored exclusively to your group, the pace and focus are entirely yours. Linger longer with wildlife sightings, explore tighter mangrove channels, or pause to capture photos of the surrounding landscape.
Along the way, your guide will share easy paddling techniques and maneuvering tips while pointing out local wildlife. Dolphins, manatees, and coastal birds frequently appear in these peaceful waters, adding unforgettable highlights to your time on the lagoon.
Private Bioluminescence Tour
– Limited Availability –
Enjoy a private, after-dark paddling experience tailored entirely to your group as you explore the glowing waters of the Banana River Lagoon. With no outside guests, your guide can adjust the pace, route, and focus of the tour—whether you want to spend more time interacting with the bioluminescence, drifting quietly through mangrove-lined channels, or learning more about the lagoon’s unique nighttime ecology.
Launching into calm, protected waters, you’ll paddle through the Thousand Islands under the night sky as the lagoon comes alive. In summer, bright blue-green dinoflagellates ignite with every movement, while cooler months reveal the softer, pulsing glow of comb jellies drifting beneath the surface. Fish often streak through the water in glowing trails, adding to the magic.
This private tour is ideal for families, couples, photographers, or special occasions, offering a quieter, more flexible way to experience one of Florida’s most unforgettable natural phenomena—at your own pace and on your own terms.

We constantly monitor the weather right up until tour time. This includes forecast and real-time precipitation, lightning and winds. As tour launch time approaches we pay special attention to the current radar outlook.
If heavy precipitation, lightning and/or wind might lead to unsafe conditions we may go into a 30 minute weather hold and/or cancel the tour. Your guide will be in touch about 45 minutes prior to the scheduled launch time to provide updates. If we cancel we will work with guests to reschedule to another day and/or time but if not possible we will issue a full refund.
This depends on the tour you choose. During our daytime and sunset tours, your guide will take complimentary photos throughout the tour and send you a downloadable album within 24–36 hours at no extra cost.
