SMS/Text Message Terms and Conditions

Program Description: Short Message Service (“SMS” or text) or Multimedia Messaging Service (“MMS”) (collectively “text messages” or the “Service”) messages sent by Fin Expeditions (“Fin Expeditions”, “Company”, “we”, or “our”) are primarily intended to provide you with transaction-related information. We may send SMS/MMS text messages to remind you about your reservation time, location and waiver requirements. You may also receive online review requests and other marketing and promotional information regarding Fin Expeditions services. By opting in to receive text messages, you agree to receive transactional and/or promotional and personalized text messages from Fin Expeditions at the cell phone number provided.

Consent to receive marketing or non-marketing text messages is not required to purchase any products or services from Fin Expeditions.

Message Frequency: You will receive a maximum of seven (7) marketing related messages per month. The frequency of non-marketing messages will vary as such messages will be directly related to a scheduled or recently completed service call..

Cost: Message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received in connection with Fin Expeditions text messages, as provided in your mobile telephone service rate plan, in addition to any applicable roaming charges. Fin Expeditions does not impose a separate fee for sending Fin Expeditions text messages; however, you are responsible for any fees imposed by your mobile carrier of any kind whatsoever.

Opt-Out: To stop receiving text messages from Fin Expeditions, text STOP to the ten digit number from which its text messages are being sent. You will then receive confirmation of your opt-out of that text messaging program.

Access or Delivery to Mobile Network is Not Guaranteed: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change from time to time. Messages may not be available on all mobile devices or through all wireless carriers.
